The rules of the road

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PR Chaser, made by Always Blue Software LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PR Chaser.

Your data

You own the activity, workout, and training data you create in PR Chaser. We don't claim ownership of it. You can export or delete it at any time — deleting your account permanently removes it (see our Privacy Policy).

Free period, subscriptions & billing

Free period. Every new account gets full access to PR Chaser for 14 days, free. We don't ask for a payment method, nothing is charged, and there's nothing to cancel. After 14 days, continued use requires a PR Chaser Pro subscription.

Plans and prices. PR Chaser Pro is $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year (USD), plus any applicable taxes. The App Store and Google Play may show prices in your local currency and may offer introductory prices. The price you're charged is always shown before you confirm.

Where you can subscribe.

• iPhone — purchased and billed through Apple's App Store, under Apple's terms.
• Android — purchased and billed through Google Play, under Google's terms.
• Web (prchaser.app) — our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders, under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. We'll give you notice before any price increase takes effect.

Cancelling. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

• Web — in PR Chaser, go to Settings → PR Chaser Pro → Manage or cancel subscription (this opens Paddle's customer portal).
• iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PR Chaser, or Profile → PR Chaser Pro in the app.
• Android — Google Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PR Chaser, or Profile → PR Chaser Pro in the app.

Refunds. Web purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through Apple and Google. See our Refund Policy for details.

Health & fitness disclaimer

PR Chaser is a training log and planning tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Race-time predictions, training-plan guidance, and any AI-assisted coaching features are estimates based on your logged data, not professional advice. Consult a physician before beginning a new exercise program, especially if you have an existing health condition. Use PR Chaser at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm, disable, or impair the service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our written permission;
• Use an API key issued to you in a way that violates its intended scope.

Third-party integrations

If you connect Apple Health, Health Connect, or other third-party services, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Termination

You may stop using PR Chaser and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

PR Chaser is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data (like GPS routes or heart-rate readings) will be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Always Blue Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PR Chaser, including any injury sustained while training.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
